Question about Heating & Cooling
Posted by Anonymous on
I just bought a used Amcor 1000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner APC2000E that does blow out cool air for about 20 mins before letting out way too much heat from the back. After a while you can't even notice the cool air because of all the hot air blowing from the back. Could there be a problem with this or is this just normal?

If it blows hot and cool air, it means that you aircon is
not having an isolation of the evaporator and condenser
air. Please have a technician repair the air leak. Hot air from the condenser must be separated from the cool air
of the evaporator. Hope this will help you.
