- No amount of zeros worked. Managed to solve problem by changing software found in this link. http://www.lgregionfree.mfbiz.com/#/instructions/4525089618

DVD RECORDER MANUAL HAS VERY LITTLE TO NO INFO ON THE 160GB DIVX PART OF THE HDD.

Try using only four zeros instead of 7. Open tray press pause, enter 0000 region management centre thingy should appear. enter 0. press pause. switch off unit and switch back on. test disk. lemme know if it works
