Malfunction display saying outdoor sensors. Everything checked out fine with the unit and the display board, so the problem is with the communication between them. Any answers?

Usually an outdoor sensor is a thermistor. You need to check the resistance range on the thermistor to see if its withing specs. If it isn't you will get an outdoor sensor error.

In all likely hood the sensor needs to be replaced.

Error code 112. what is the problem?

Hi Pramesh

Not a normal carrier code, there may be a point between the 1.12 or 11.2

1. xx normally compressor 1 fault
2. 1.12 is compressor 1 condenser entering water thermistor fault, the unit will continue to run

If you follow this link you should be able to download the manual for this unit and that may help you further

Error 16 turn printer off

Hi -

The error codes 16 means that you need to check the print head thermistor circuit during power-on. Printer initialization determined that the print head itself is not installed. Some cause of this is again the print head is not installed, the print head built-in thermistor element has failed, carrier cable is disconnected or is already damage, print head temperature detection circuit has failed.

Having said this, it is better to have the printer check by a qualified technician or your local service provider

Hope this helps,
Good Luck!

Not turning on

Hi

Try to reset the unit by disconnecting the power supply for 10sec. and operate the unit. If it wont work replace your Room Air and Coil Thersmistor or test the thersmistor with mulitester. The resistance reading of thermistor is 10 kilo ohms @25deg. C room temp. If it is shorted or open the unit wont operate.

Hope this can help :)
