SOURCE: Replacement of Cutting Line! How to do? anneodello

There should be a half sphere-like object on the bottom of the spool where the line goes. Twist counter clock-wise to remove.

If it is a duel line trimmer then:

Cut two separate pieces of string, about 7 ft. each.

Stick the end of the line in the hole on the inside of spool.

Wind clockwise onto spool, putting the line that is closest to the ground on first.

Once you have winded this piece on, lock the last 4 inches of line through the slits on spool.

Repeat process for second piece of line, locking the last 4 inches in slot opposite the other locked in piece.

Put the spool on the trimmer, feeding the end of lines through either hole on trimmer.

Before you push the spool all the way on, pull the strings out of the locked position.

If it is a single line trimmer: Then just wind a single piece of string clockwise onto spool. This may need to be longer than 7ft.

SOURCE: How to recharge a Comfortmaker 10 A/C with R22 refrigerant

Call an HVAC service company. You can't even buy R-22 without an EPA card. And you'll need to proper set of gauges to read the high and low side pressures and, to do it right, be able to compute the dry/bulb/wet bulb temp to determine the proper charge with a charging chart.

I have a two door side by side kitchen aid refrigerator and bottom drawer started freezing and also the juices on the shelves are noe slushy even though we put it to 7, how can we fix this, thank you

Hi, For starters changing the temp to a higher level will not help its kinda like closing the barn doors after the horses have all ready left. You will need to contact a service agent to attend your machine as it requires part replacement in your defrost & cooling system.

How do i know if thermostat is bad

depends on the slush machine. if it's a cab or ugolini, it won't go into defrost or it'll just go warm instead of refrigerated. easy way to test on a cab faby- put the timer on defrost when the product is not frozen, turn the right auger on then off. if the compressor did not go on and off, the thermostat is bad. same for a ugolini, but it'll work with both sides, so turn one off. if you have a bunn ultra 2, the display will let you know there is a thermostat issue. if you have a bunn cds 2, it works the same as a ugolini.

I re[laced mt front calipers. it was my first time. i almost positive i replaced the cover rings on both sides of the brake lines, if i forgot 1 will it be an issue?

id did it wrong and you ask use what that means.
its Brakes, no latte's
its a seal, and is required,
my guess is it will leak and nobody will notice and 10 folks will be killed.
or you see the leak and go , gee, i messed up.
on some cars the hose is tapered. ok
others is a straight thread, and the copper seal is serious as a heart attack..

Is the condenser clean and clear and compressor not overheating? Refrigerant should not need "maintenance". If it has a leak, it must be repaired before new refrigerant is added.

I cant find the filter on my hotpoint no frost refridg.number csx22gr where is it.

your model number doesn't come up.if it's an older machine some didn't come with water filters, you had to add an inline filter on the copper water line, you would run your copper,go down the cellar or behind the machine, cut the copper and the filter connects in between the copper where you cut the line.if you do have a filter it could be in the fridge section top right side or down in the bottom kickplate.i found your model the a was missing after the b doesn't show a filter, this is an older unit, check behind or in basement, wherever the water line goes and see if there's a filter added into it,if not you can cut the copper and add a filter yourself.home depot sells them

Air compressor keeps freezing up...copper line had been without insulation until yesterday, but this didnt fix the problem. Unit is a 2 year old Goodman

The thermostate is not working properly, thermostat sense the temperature of the sitting and it work like a switch cutting compressor on and off. When the thermostate sense the correct sitting of the temperature and it suppose to cut off compressor to allow the evaporator to warm up a little if the thermostat switch is faulty and it does not recognize the temperature although it will keep the compressor running until it freezes up just like froze water stuck in the line.

Where exactly is the orifice tube located at on a 1996 (DOHC v6)?

it's in the high pressure liquid line.

A/C Evaporator Core Orifice The A/C evaporator core orifice (19D990) should be replaced whenever the A/C compressor (19703) is replaced for lack of performance (internal damage). The A/C evaporator core orifice, located in the condenser to evaporator tube (19835), cannot be serviced in detail as a component of the line. If replacement is necessary, follow the procedure outlined for Liquid Line Removal and Installation. An orifice tube replacement service kit may be used as an optional service procedure. Refer to Section 12-00 for information regarding the use of an A/C Evaporator Core Orifice Replacement Kit E5VY-19D695-A.
A/C Evaporator Core Orifice Replacement Kit Installation
  1. Discharge A/C refrigerant system. Refer to System Discharging and Recovery as outlined.
  1. Remove condenser to evaporator tube (19835) from vehicle.
  1. Locate A/C evaporator core orifice (19D990) by three indentations or a circular recess in metal portion of the condenser to evaporator tube.

    A/C Evaporator Core Orifice Location
  1. Note angular position of ends of condenser to evaporator tube so that it can be reassembled in correct position.
  1. Cut a 63.5 mm (2.5 inch) section from condenser to evaporator tube at A/C evaporator core orifice location. Do not cut closer than 25.4 mm (1 inch) from start of a bend in tube.

A/C Evaporator Core Orifice Section Removed From the Liquid Line
  1. Remove contaminants from the two pieces of the condenser to evaporator tube.
  1. NOTE: The inlet half of the condenser to evaporator tube will be positioned against the A/C evaporator core orifice tabs when correctly assembled.

Lubricate fitting with clean refrigerant oil and assemble orifice tube kit (with A/C evaporator core orifice installed) to condenser to evaporator tube. Make sure flow direction arrow is pointing toward evaporator end of the condenser to evaporator tube, and taper of each compressor ring is toward compression nut.
