Replace Neopreme Hose on Franke FH160?

I have removed the head from the sink top because water is leaking under the sink at the neopreme hose in the nozzle. I can blow air into the hose and feel air coming out the botton where the hose enters the nozzle shaft. How can I replace this hose?

How do I put my pull out faucet back?

Under the counter there is a weight on the hose. If it gets stuck on something you placed in the cabinet under the counter then the weight can't help you put the faucet head back in the fixture. Check the cabinet under so that the hose and weight are free.

Washer is leaking by the hoses

If your washer is leaking from the connection where the hose and the hose end join, replace the hose. If it's leaking from where the hose attaches to the washer, check and see if there is a rubber washer inside the hose end, there should be, try replaceing the rubber washer inside the hose end,

How to unistall franke mythos mtx taps

Turn off the water supply from the heater and at the main water supply line outside. place a container under the sink where the flick mixer is mounted to catch the water that will come out of the lines when you undo the fittings.
there should be 2 flexible braided lines coming from the mixer to the water supply lines, undo both fittings from those lines, then undo the brass nut that fastens the mixer to the sink, you may need a 10 or 12mm socket with an extension bar to get up under the sink to be able to undo the nut.
there should be a metal horseshoe shaped retaining plate that holds the mixer to the sink which should come off when the nut is undone.
You may or may not have to remove the flexible lines from the mixer which you should be able to sort out when you get to that point.
I hope this info helps you with your problem, the info may not be exactly how I have explained but that is how most mixers are fitted or removed.

The fitting at the top need to be looked at. Use tolit paper wipe around all the fittings and drain lines over head check the popoff valve next if you got a plastic drain valve. Replace it with a 3/4 nipple and cap or a ball valve full port and hose adapter turn gas valve off and use up the hot water I had a valve break during replasment cool water is better. Use pipedope on fitings

Leaking drain faucet

turn off gas. turn off water. drain water heater by connecting garden hose to drain valve and place discharge end somewhere that that will safely handle the water.(sink, outside, floor drain). lift temp. relief valve to allow air into the tank so a vacuum doesn't prevent draining. carefully remove the leaking valve by using a pipe wrench. counterclockwise to loosen. there may be a little water left in the bottom of the tank, so be ready with a wet vac. buy a new valve at your local hardware store, along with a roll of teflon tape. wrap the teflon tape around the threads in a clockwise rotation. don't use more than three or four wraps. replace the valve by turning in a clockwise rotation. tighten till snug. don't overtighten! if it still leaks a bit at the threads, you can tighten a bit more.

Water leak

Usually a freeze plug on the rear of the block. Transmission
has to come out.(or the engine) Sorry. However I believe that
engine has a steel pipe running under the intake manifold,
It goes to the heater core hose,if that pipe gets corroded or rusty
the water CAN drain down thru a small hole at the back of the block, make sure you look at that pipe first,at the back of the intake. If there is water on top there ,that tube is hard to change the intake has to come off ,you can run heater hose all the way from the front tho,it's not as neat as the way Ford built it is all. Hoping for a leak on top, good luck,
George E.

Water leaking from top on water heater

If it's leaking from a hose then you can try unscrewing the hoses, put some Teflon tape on the water heater threads and tighten. If it's leaking from the rim or under the threads call a appliance repairman.

What if you back the temp down to say 165 or so would that not keep the plastic from frying?
Also does that model not sit ambient until hot water is needed and is not "hot" 24/7/365 as you
stated? Just wondering.

Leaking water heater, the spout on the side is dripping water all over the basement floor.

You can try fixing this problem by putting a garden hose cap over end of valve.
Cap has a washer.
If leak is bad, you need to replace drain valve.

If the valve is brass, then drain water heater and put a wrench on valve and unscrew.
Buy replacement brass valve from plumbing supply or Lowes-HomeDepot

If the valve is plastic, then expect it to break off when trying to remove.
If it breaks off, then you can carefully drill out the stem, and then burn it out with a torch and use a 3/4" pipe nipple to try to cut a new thread.

If water heater will not drain ... put washing machine hose on water heater valve - run water hose between washing machine hose and outdoor spigot and turn on water for 10 seconds to break open clog inside water heater.
