Question about Computers & Internet
Asus Vivotab me400c will not connect to the WiFi anymore. There are no problems with any other computers/ tablets in the house, just mine. It cannot find any internet network/ connection. What can I do?
Sometimes a router will stop accepting requests from other machines yet it will continue to provide Internet service to other computers. When this happens simply turn off your router and unplug it from anything and everything it's connected too, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in. Your tablet should be able to connect within a minute or two.
If that still does not work, try restarting your tablet and check the system settings to make sure you have Wi-Fi enabled.
The third step to try if you're still not connected, is to check your router's security settings and make sure your tablet is using the same settings and password.
Hope that helps.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

we had similar problem earlier and unformtualtly we have to install the OS again. you can first check you firewall setting, try disabling firewall and check. Or will suggest reinstall the OS.
You can also try running antivirus/antispy/CCleaner etc before that.

This is a pretty old one though. I think you are using Routing and Remote Access Service (RRAS) since you have not mentioned about a router. If you have a router thats very convenient. A little more advanced router will be able to block IPs and Ports. But for this you can easily use RRAS. Filter using RRAS. You can configure IPSec policies also instead doing that but its pretty Advanced. Just using RRAS will do the thing for you!
