I have just recently installed a Wacom Intuos 3 on my Hp pavillion dv7. I have Windows Vista Home Premium edition. So, it turned on my tablet PC option. Now I have a tablet PC input panel on my screen that was working just fine up until today. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now with no problems at all. Now it will not let me write in my own handwriting. When I try to personalize handwriting recognition I receive this message. Ink is not working on your computer right now. It tells me to restart my computer. Which I have done several times with no luck. Someone please help!!! I have even uninstalled and reinstalled my Wacom tablet to try to correct the problem. This didn't work either. Can anyone help????

- Thanks for trying to help. In the services panel for Tablet PC Input Service, it's status is started, and it's startup type is automatic. I have stopped and restarted the service with no luck. HP support walked me through these steps. I have also performed a system restore to try to fix this and that didn't work. Uninstalling and Reinstalling the tablet didn't change anything either. I don't know what else to do.Clarification Request

Click Start. Right-click on Computer and select Manage. In the left-hand pane, expand the Services and Applications section. Click on Services. In the right-hand pane, scroll down to Tablet PC Input Service. What does it have listed in the Status and Startup Type columns?
