Clean air cell light

our machine shuts off and light comes on saying clean air cell. this was done and machine still say same and wont run. what can i do?machine shuts off and light comes on saying clean air cell. this was done and machine still say same and wont run. what can i do?

Take Cell out and examine it closely with a flashlight for debris and bent aluminum cell plates or ionizing wires. 
Make sure all plates are more or less clear of one an other with fairly even spacing between them and no kinks on their edges. 

If any are to close together it will cause a cell overload that will cause the Clean Cell to display and or completely turn unit off all together.
