Question about Pentax Optio S5i Digital Camera
I have bought a pentax optio s5i and I can't seem to transfer photos to my p.c. Do I need a particular piece of software? If so, where can I find this?
You should be able to get the software from the manufacturers website. Most manufacturers keep the software up there for free all you have to do is download. Otherwise I personally prefer to use a USB card reader. All you have to do is unplug the memory card from the camera and insert it into the reader. The computer then sees the card as a jump drive. The card reader is much easier in my mind because you don't have to learn the less than fabulous software most manufacturers use for their cameras.
