Freezer inop; water dispenser inop

Refrig. cant work unless the freezer is working ...all cold in produced in freezer and circulated to refrig.

check freezer for frost build up and if fan is blowing, check condenser, make sure its clean, and fan blowing,

check vents in refrig. make sure no blockage, controls should be in the middle setting,
check make sure compressor is running

i had the same problem and took it to two shops 1 wanted me to replace it, then i took it to camping world, they gave me some pointers that came from other campers, yes something could be blocking the vents , my freezer would get cold but the bottom was no were near as cold, so i took it out flipped it over for 24 hrs and tapped the coils crystals start to form up on the bends,then plug it in for two weeks then see if you still have the smell if so you have a leak
