Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W50 Digital Camera
Hi, only had the camera 2 months, when zoom failed. If I try and zoom in at all I just the get the balck screen with white writing asking me to turn off the power and start again. If I want to use the trimming option on pix already taken, I have no problem. can anyone help?
If this error message appears, turn off the camera and remove the batteries for 30 seconds. Afterwards, reinsert the batteries and turn the camera back on. Perform a manual reset of the camera. Once you perform this it will be back to factory settings and you will lose any pictures stored on your camera.
