Samsung 50" plasma with vertical lines. Model ps50a410c1d. In the old days we would call this loss of horizontal pulse. You can see the vbi. Is this a problem with the panel ?
It seems like a COF fault. If you wish to get more details, check site linked here. It has screen shots to Plasma displays. In fact, basic functions of display elements to all plasma display panel is similar to each other, provided the main board functions might be different to brand to brand. Check the site. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ Pull up previous posts there, either by its left side bar, or view it in Timeslide option.

if u r connected to an ant. it is due to poor signals from the ant so get a booster or amplifier for the ant.

There are at least two issues here. First you have bad buffer boards. Second Very possibly a bad X-Main bd and P-Logic bds. Have a trained Samsung tech troubleshoot the set.

Possibly could be the Y buffers --if the are next to each other could be a bad connection on a ribbon cable ---you need to call for service
