I got my friend's cell pphone. It's a Nokia 3595. When I put my sim card in it, it askes me for the security code. But when I try it with my friend's sim card, it works. I called the carrier they couldn't fix it. The IMWI is: 010323/00/669589/8 .
I have a question does your friend's Simcard have a Security Code? Because i think the phone and the simcard have both security codes.
If your friend doesn't remember putting any security code try using its default security code: 12345
If this doesn't solve the problem then you already need a cellphone repair shop to factory reset your phone by using a flasher..
hope this help

IF you put PUK code many times depending on the model it wil lock the sim card. This is because to prevent unathorised person using your SIM card.
Default PIN code for nokia mobile is 0000
PUK code will be given by the service provider only.
Please call your service provider or go to service provider office, they will assist you in this issue. And they will have a security check like name,Phone number and other information to check weather the SIM card belongs to you only. Then they will assit you.
Before trying anything else, contact your service provider and askfor an unlock code. Usually, if you've been a customer of theirs forsome time, they will provide you with an unlock code for free. This is,by far, the best way to get your phone unlocked.
Download software to generate the unlocking code. Software isavailable on some websites for free and some pay websites that alsooffer support if things go wrong. See external links below.
Find the Serial number of the cell phone, also known as your IMEI number. This can be done by either removing the back of your cell phone andlooking underneath the battery, or simply by typing in *#06# into yourcell phone. It should be something like: 010082321439976/07951780736
Using the software you have downloaded, enter in your Manufacturer(which is in this case Nokia), and sliding the card out. Put thebattery back in and power the phone on.
You will see a message "Insert SIM Card". Enter all of thecharacters you see in your code, including the # symbols. To get a 'p'press * 3 times, to get a '+' press the * key 2 times, to get a 'w'press the * key 4 times. Disregard any spaces in the code.
In order to unlock your phone you generally need to enter only onecode. Start with the first one. If your phone is not unlocked by typingthe first code (MCC+MNC), use code "7" (Multilock)
Once you have finished entering a code that works you should see amessage that says "SIM is not restricted" or "Restriction off" messagedepending on your model. If not, try entering another code. Message"Cannot undo restrictions" means the phone is "hard-locked" and cannotbe unlocked by code.
SIM pin code: This is a pin code that locks the sim card until you enter the correct code. This protects your account, even if your sim is put into another handset. To reset it, you need the PUK code: Pin Unlock Code (PUK) If you miss key (or forget) your SIM pin code, and enter the wrong one 3-5 times in a row, the SIM will lock up, and you’ll need to enter the PUK unlock code to release it. You should ask your Network Service Provider for this code when you need it. Don’t try to guess it, because after a few wrong guesses, the SIM card will be permanently disabled. Phone Security Code: This locks the handset, as opposed to the sim card. You can also set some handsets to only accept a “new” sim if the phone security code is entered. To reset it, you need the Master code code: Master Reset Code Sometimes known as the Master Code, this allows you to unlock a handset if you have entered the Security Code wrongly too many times. Which is the one that you want? The default security code for Nokia is 12345
