Emerson MS9700 CD Shelf System - CD Tray won't... (by 2 users)

There is no "small hole" to manual eject - anyone have experience with this unit?
My daughter has 6 CDs stuck and I have $150 in the trash if we can't get it working.
1 Other User Has The Same Problem

You have to unscrew the whole thing and take the whole metal covering off and then the inner tray will be displayed and then you can just take the CDs out and then screw the cover back on. Happened to me, and that worked :]
