Can you hear the motor running? if you hear the motor then you have a bad belt if no motor noise.. then you have other problems... let me know?

Deffinately a belt problem if the motor is running.The heating element is where your heat comes from.tony fixit

Drum is not spinning. Unusual, low voice is heard. Speed of spinning motor is negligible.
