I can not get my vivanco TT-716 to work my sky box, please can you help me.

Set-up (Programming) procedure is too much to type in here, and is not practical and it will differ brand-to-brand remote controls. If you wish to get more; check the sites linked here. It has set-up code list & set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. One among it has general set-up codes to check with TVs and other devices are given, in the order of the 'device's brand name list' in alphabetical order. Pull up older posts. Search the sites by type in the brand name to your device in its search box at the top right part of the display window. It will help you to find the relative post easily.

To which device do you want the codes from Vivanco universal remote control?. You haven't specified it in your post. Please clearly state, the model number and brand name of the device you want to synchronize with Vivanco universal remote control by Fixya. OK.

I have a manual. What part do you need?
To retune the remote to your TV automatically press Power & Mute keys together. Then press TV key. You should have a blue light & a red light. Now press & hold the Power button until the blue light blinks twice & release. The remote will search for your code. If the TV turns off (sorry forgot to mention TV should be on first) quickly press the TV button again to store the code. Then press the Power button to check if the TV turns on again.
If you need the codes. Let me know

press interactive on your sky remote and then costomer services (number 5) then program your remote (5 again) follow on screen instructions
