Question about Maytag Neptune MAH5500B Front Load Washer
Do error is a Door open error code.. but if it is closed it could be a faulty door lock or a control.. check to see if you can open the door..hope this helps let me know.

From my understanding your Electrolux washer is over flooding with water and leaking out the door. The valve or control panel is the reason your water continues to fill inside of your washer. If the gasket is worn or torn that could be what causes the water to leak outside of the washer. I would suggest checking over the gasket to make sure there is no visible damage. If you do not see any damage it could be loose hinges or a bad door strike. If further assistance is needed you may want to seek help from a professional technician for proper diagnosis and repair. Sounds like the Motor Controller on the left side of this Pic may be the issue. The Drain Pump/Pressure switch is on the left side of the Pic. I feel the drain pump may not work after the basement flood. You can get into Service Mode and try to turn it on from the Console once the machine is dried out.
