I have been having the same issue, as my G/Card is the ATI X1300PRO. According to ATI, THEY SAY TO DOWNLOAD THE DRIVERS & REMOVE ALL THE CURRENT ATI & CCC DRIVERS (Catalyst Control Center) DRIVERS If Your Card USES THE CCC, mine uses both. BUT I HAVE DOWNLOADED the lastest drivers for my card many times than i lost count AND still get the same ERROR, Its now happening about every 2-5 minutes. I downloaded an ATI Toll (this is used to actually OverClock the card to make it run faster, BUT I have been using it to actually SLOW MINE DOWN. It works for a while, but it eventually comes back. After doing research on this, I have seen people with this same problem dating back to 2007!!

I just WISH SOME COULD FIGURE THIS OUT, AND IF YOU DO......PLEASE POST IT HERE & EVERYWHERE YOU CAN, I NOW RUN MY PC IN SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING SO I CAN AT LEAST USE MY PC & GET ON THE WEB & CONTINUE MY SEARCH FOR A SOLUTION.

Thanks Tony M.

This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.

Uninstall and reinstall the current driver and if no joy, Try and older version, but nothing over 1yr old. If still not working, try a BETA version if available.

Hi,

ATI has been taken over by AMD and you will find your display driver software at the following link:

http://support.amd.com/uk

Select your exact model from the drop down menu and follow the instructions to download the correct drivers for your display.

Let me know should you need any further assistance.

Best wishes,

Plz. help getting blue screen error. each time different errors like IRQL_NOT_LESS... DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS... some time error like driver ATI radian family stop responding and recover. some time error in...

There are a few things that can cause this. 1. One of your RAM modules (rectangle with cmall black rectangles on it) located on the motherbarod is bad. 2. You have WAY too many USB devices atached to your system, and there aren't enough IRQ's to go around.
TRY THIS: 1. Remove all the RAM modules, and try booting with them one at a time. if none of them work Then (HOPEFULLY) it's not your ram. (if it Isn't the second one, it could mean the RAM slots on your motherboard are bad, and misreading, or all your RAM is shot.) 2. Remove one USB device at a time, starting with anything plugged into an external USB Hub. And, as a future tip, never boot with any USB hubs, or external storage devices present, as they're known to cause issues with the boot process due to it's method of reading, and writing files to a drive.
What I mean by that, is that sometimes, if a removable drive's inserted upon boot, or while installing an operating system, it could have the boot files written to it, then when you take it out, you no longer boot, because you don't have the files to, so as a precaution, never have external drives or flash media inserted at boot. Hi, i have toshiba settelite A100 i installed windows 7 now the graphics are not perfect i tryed to search VGA driver. but not found. plz advice

1) Download this and run it so it extracts to C:\ATI

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp35001-35500/sp35203.exe

2) Close the installer immediately after extraction is done. Do not continue with install.

3) Open device manager. Double click Display adapters section. Right click on standard vga and then choose update driver software. Then click the following:

Browse my computer, let me pick, have disk. browse.

Now navigate to within C:\ATI to where the .inf files are in the driver folder. Click or double click on the first one while shown in alphabetical order.

Hit ok then hit next and it will install.

5) Reboot and then choose an Aero theme and then also run the WEI score updater.

ATI mobility radeon 9200 on windows 7

I am using a HP Compaq Presario X1000 with a ATI Mobility Radeon 9200 display.

I have recently installed the Windows 7 RTM and tried various display drivers with no good results.

I am now using the driver from ftp.asus.com.tw/Pub/asus/nb/A4D/VGA_XP_2K_060102.zip

At first I unzipped the folder and run the setup program inside but it was not successful.

Then I go to the Device Manager, choose the display driver and choose "Update Driver"->"Browse my computer for driver software"->"Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer"->"Have Disk"->"Browse"

click to the subfolder inside your extracted folder and find the folder named "2KXP_INF" and choose the inf files there and click "OK"

A list of device is displayed and I choose "ATI MOBILITY RADEON 9200"

the computer will install the driver and ask to restart the computer.

After restarting the computer my display was automatically set to 1680x1050, I found the following driver was installed:

Driver Provider: ATI Technologies Inc.
Driver Date: 1/19/2005
Driver Version: 6.14.10.6512
Digital Signer: Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher

I went on to test Suspend and Hibernate and they WORKED!

I have not tried this on Vista as I was running XP and Ubuntu in the last few years.

Ati diamond, viper hd2600 pro

What operating system are you using and what type of video card do you have? After a quick search, I found something that may be of some help.
