Labeling Unknown Songs: open Windows Media Player and go to library click on artist. The sub folders will be named by the artists and the unknown songs will be in the sub that say's unknown. Click on unknown then right click on the title bar put a check next to artist and album artist. Right click song under artist or album artist or both and type in the name of the artist etc.... This change in your computers Music folders also then sync with your sansa or media player then load songs to it........

My ipod shuffle wont play music

It won't play music while connected to computer, that's for sure. It only plays when it's disconnected from the wall charger and computer.

The songs could be in the wrong format
AAC is iTunes native format
Mp3 generally works
WMA is iffy - only unprotected (non-DRM) files will work
Streaming songs won't work

Hi my sansa shaker wont play music

Make sure the songs are in the right file format first. I would only download songs that are in mp3 format for starters. If it is still not playing, follow the reset method that the manual suggests. If it is still not working, it may be defective. These "windowless" players are the most difficult to use, because there is no on-screen display to let you know what's going on.

I cant even delete my music or put new music on...

Instead of deleting the songs you may need to format.

If you haven't tryed this follow these simple steps.

To format your device first click on "Start" then click on "My Computer" now look for your mp3 player, if it hasn't been change the names usually called "Removable Disk", once you've found that right-click on it then click on "Format".

Now you've formatted put songs on then try your mp3 player to see if the problems be fixed.

Good luck. Hope my solution was helpful.
