My kenmore elit 10000 has leaked what not a little but lots since the day it was purchased. What are we doing wrong?

Claim using this phone number. It says 2 years warranty, but the product link does say 5 years.

Replace the Magnetron of the correct rating.

Check for cracks in the water supply tube from the house plumbing valve to the ice maker. Could also be the valve itself.

Turn off valve for a day to diagnose which.

Nothing to do there but replace it. Call sears service with your model#, serial# and date of purchase to order one.

U will need to remove the washer drum and check the washer drum stablizers and the washer drum bearing, do this to see what is wrong and how far u need to go in this repair.First open the door and spin the inner tub to make sure the tub spins freely, if not you have big problems.

If it does then remove the lower front panel. There are 3 screws along the very bottom of this panel that you can remove and then the panel will come off. Check to make sure the shocks are not cracked or broken under the tub. If not and the unit just recently started shaking a lot, then replace the shocks as they are probably worn out. If it's been shaking since the day you've gotten it and it just seems to have gotten a little worse, then purchase Shake Away pads which are specifically designed for front load washers to sit under the feet of the washer and reduce vibration dramatically.

Hi, Did they check the pump seal or the hoses. Does it seem to leak from the front center? Is it leaking while filling or during agitation or spin cycle? Are you getting water every load and is it a little water or a lot?
Please forgive all the questions, I have to ask.

If your washer has a rubber seal around the inside of the door and it has a little opening where the detergent comes into the washer put your hand inside the rubber piece and feel all the way around and see if you feel any holes or cracks in it and that is where it will leak from.

removethe lower acess panel 3 screws across the bottom , run the cycle and watch to see where exctly the leak is coming from it should be quite apparent

You must ensure the boot is properly seated on the outer tub, There is a groove in the lip of the tub and the boot,make sure grooves are fully mated. Also try getting a new clamp; the screw can back out releasing the tension,also fold the excess clamp that passes through the screw over backwards preventing the clamp from loosening, a few dabs of good super glue helps too and can still be removed (dont use much a few drops in four places is sufficent).
