Hie Chaitu,to solve your problem, you have to do the following. Restart your phone. If you have a memory card in your phone, scroll to the card and open it and it will show you the card name, capacity, used space and free space. Then press options button and select back up phone memory and proceed with the commands to back up your phone memory. note:make sure you have at least 6000 kb free space in your card. when the back up is complete, switch off your phone and format the phone. To format the phone press the following 3 buttons at once while your phone is off (*+ button + number 3 button and a call button )so try to switch it on while holding those buttons and it will start formatting and if it starts formatting release the buttons and wait untill it finishes the process and it will starts automatically and then try to restore your data from memory card. in so doing you have solved the problem and if anything let know. Have you tried to format your 6600 ?
Turn of the phone, Press and hold " 3 " - " * " and " green ", then turn the phone back on while these buttons are pressed down.
Its kinda tricky, but can be done.
If this doesn't work, you have to bring your phone to your local Nokia Service-Center and have them repair it.
