Can't get video on the T9

Coverted my video into the svi that the player uses but when I hit transfer to portable device nothing happens. I tried clicking and dragging and still nothing. Any ideas why this is?

i had the same problem but i was on this website and someone told me you have to install the codec for the samsung mp3 player. You gotta download the Xvid Codec and you will be able to tranfer videos to your mp3, it doesnt matter what kind they are the player converts it into svi
