Sadly no, updated bios wouldnt help. The motherboard was designed for a 256mb AGP card max.

New motherboard is about your only option, or sell the card and get one with 256mb. of memory.

Sorry for the news, thank you for trying Fixya!

Need to find out the size of and type of graphic card in my rs2800

The type is Integrated you can go to your devices menu tick on the video card then tick on properties to find out in the device manager. Which can be found int he control panel menu. You can find out all that information in the device manager. It will tell you the specs not all of them but close enough.
I personally do not like using Integrated cards on the board. It seems your curious about something with graphics not a mind reader but the question assumes for me that you are possibly wanting to upgrade the card. You cannot upgrade that card it is a board card. If you have a PCI or AGP slot available you can upgrade going that route make sure to use the proper video card for your viewing pleasure as well as a match for your computer..........John

ASrock P4i45GV Motherboard

Hi sandesh8, did you know you can increase the memory size of the onboard AGP card above the 64MB? Page 26 in you're manual. If you install another AGP card into the opened AGP slot, please go to this site & only use the recomended AGP cards in the Asrock list. Click on this link: http://www.asrock.com/mb/vga.asp?Model=P4i45GV%20R5.0&s=478&c=VGA
This is one of very few video cards found on the list with 256MB of video memory.

Adding a second graphics card?

Hey there sven155, If i were you , I would get get the video card for the AGP slot. The main reason is the interface is much more efficient, and as a result the dual monitor output would be better in quality than you can get out of a PCI card or any USB connection. Another option is to have your TV Wonder plugged into the computer via AGP only when you need it, therefore you would be switching one for the other (Inconvenient). Ideally video card on AGP, TV card on the PCI.
Alternately you can make the two work, just not simultaneously, and you would have to change settings in the bios to set one or the other as your primary video output.
