I have a HP Compaq Presairo SR1315CL ..Where do I plug in the 9 n 1 card reader..
When I got the PC it didn't have a card reader....I've looked at the mother board and just can't seem to find where it plugs in...

- The guy I got it from said it had one but he sold it.....so I figured I'd replace it...What I would like is some one that has one reply...

- I got to thinking....Dang I have a HP a1600n...and removed the side cover ...and yes now I know where to hook it up.........the mother boards look close alike.....Case closed

where did you get the card reader?

Without knowing what kind of card reader it is your connecting all I can do is refer you to the information on your motherboard. By looking at it unless the card reader can plug into front usb 1 or 2 on the motherboard I would guess that there is no spot to plug it in.

Hi,

There will be one slot(4 pin) near to USB port.Try that hope it helps !
