If you do a search from your Start Menu for the exact name of the file you posted here your Windows Search will find it. If however the file is not found then it is not on your drive or the name is slightly different. Try using wildcards to search such as fm801*.* or something similar. If you still can't find the file and it is part of one of your programs or your Operating System you may be able to download it from the web. Do a seaarch in Google for "download fm801a.sys" (without the quotes) and there should be a site that you can fine the file on.

If it is a laptop or a brand PC, just post a new request on Fixya with computer's make and model, for explample Dell optiplex 120, we will find the drivers for you.
Ifcomputer is assembled you will need to access the motherboard, and the audio card and posthere the code number printed on the motherboard, on on a sticker on top of the motherboard, and post also numbers you find on all device cards (PCI, AGP etc.).
