Question about iLO 3200 32 in. LCD Television
The controls on the tv and on the remote will not work. I can turn the tv on and off with the remote, But nothing else works.Model#ilo32hdtv Serial#BEH608600093T2
My TV was doing the same thing. we could turn it on at the tv, but the remote nor the tv would allow us to change channels. we purchased the tv approx. 1 yr. 4 months ago, and have only used it for approx. 6 months. Fortunately, we did buy the 2 year extended warranty from wal-mart for an extra $58. before we had found the reciept, when we called ilo, we were going to have to pay to ship the tv to them, then pay $150 to have it fixed. Since we have found the receipt, we called the number on the bottom of the reciept, no hassel, they are sending us a prepaid postage box to return it, and will hopefully have it back soon. However, in leu of reading all of these forums, we will be hooking that tv up to a cable box so that we do not have to use that remote, and the tv will stay on one channel. this whole this has been a nightmare!! we have never had a problem with wal-mart products until this. right after we started using the tv, we kept getting an encrypted channel error, that would not allow us to do anything with the tv either, after reading these forums, we were able to fix that problem. before we knew about these forums, we tried to take it back to wal-mart, they pretty much told us we were s.o.l. until we found the receipt. so i wish everyone luck on these expensive peices of junk. i know that i will do more research next time!

I experienced this same problem with my new Ilo 32" LCD flat wall mountable. I had to go to Wal Mart to get a phone number(no Ilo service number is provided with products). The Ilo customer service rep, in California, told me the circuit board was bad. I had to send the unit UPS to California. Ilo did send me a UPS label. Ilo carries a 1 year warranty and told me if they couldn't fix it, they would send me a new set. They did send me a new unit. Later, after receiving the new unit, I was told by the warehouse manager that they were not supposed to have sent me the new set and that I could, by policy, have been charged for the new set. My dealings with Ilo lasted almost two months mainly trying to get them to respond to my calls. By the way, if you do have to call Ilo, be prepared for a quite lengthy HOLD time. While I have not had any further problems, I myself will not buy any other Ilo products in the future...Thanks

Yes you can turn on the power botton . it will send the tv to standby. then just press the far left botton to turn on the set
