I followed all the procedure on the support website of canon but still get an error message that the installation driver for my device is missing a necessary entry, this maybe because the INF file was written for windows 95 or later, Please contact vendor, It says. need your help....
Yes, it is because the INF file was written for windows 95 or later. That "or later" driver was probably released before Vista. You can get a Vista driver here: http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&fcategoryid=116&modelid=13368
