I have a quasar 150x palmcorder that won't record, play, rewind or fast forward the vcr mode isn't working just black but i can see out the view finder when in camera mode when I hold the record button sounds like its trying to work but nothing. please help and thank you to whoever can

ApprenticeIf the all the functions of the camera work (EX zoom on off ) make sure you are using Panasonic tapes, other brand of tapes might not work, and if their is a menu screen go to settings and hit default, if no default found unplug take off the battier and let sit for 24 hours
