Hi I'm not familiar with that particular model, but unless there is an input jack on the back, the note on the unit means that if you burn a cd on a computer,to play using this unit, you don't have to convert the songs to standard music format as you would with an older boombox, but you can leave them in MP3 format and fit many many songs on the CD, and the boombox will still play them. So....You must burn the songs from your ipod to a cd, in MP3 format, and the box will play them.

My daughter said she unplugged the unit from the wall to move it to another location, and it hasn't worked since. I determined 120v to transformer (fuse is good, of course), but no operation at all. That's as far as I can go. I don't know the transformer output to check that. No loose poles, burn spots/resistors, blown capacitors or odor evident. Transformer has an 'Input' board and an 'ouput' board permanently connected to it. How can I determine if the transformer/output board is bad? If so, is this a common failure for this model? My son has the exact same one, but no problems to date. If the Transformer/Board assy is bad, it's easy enough for me to change, but I don't want to be a 'parts-changer' and replace a good part.
