Epson ELP 3000 clicking noise and all lights flashing

We have an Epson ELP 3000, just replaced light-bulb. When turned on, you a a clicking noise that continues, and all status lights continue to flash. If I remove the fuse, no power comes on. Insert fuse back in, same clicking and flashing results. I have not tried replacing with a new 250v, 6.3a fuse. Also, the fan does come on. Not sure where the clicking noise is coming from. And, not sure how to separate the case in the middle seam to get inside.
This unit was donated to our church,, just taking another look at.
Thanks in advance for all your help
Dave

SOURCE: need to replace the bulb in an epson e71 projector

Hi, this is pretty straight forward. Make sure the projector is off and cooled. On the bottom is the Lamp cover, press the two tabs and lift the cover off. Loosen the two retaining screws and pull the lamp assy upwards to remove. Fit the new lamp and tighten the screws then rfit the lamp cover. You will need to reset the Lamp hours using the "About" menu after turning back on (Not the "reset all" menu).

Are you sure the right side bulbs all flash? You say you replaced all the bulbs? Why would you replace bulbs that were working? Did you have this problem before you replaced the bulbs, or after. The hazard flasher is down under the dash, left side, turn the signals on and follow the clicking noise. The hazard flasher and the turn signal flasher should be near each other, and are interchangeable. If it clicks fast, a bulb or a bad socket is usually the cause. These trucks have a lot of problems with the tail light circuit boards.

ELP 3300 lamp problem?

probably. try to check the number of light hours( you can check the manual on how to view it) usually 10000 hours could mean that you need to replace the bulb. also check the physical appearance of the bulb, if it has cracks on the ceramic at the back, then you need to replace it.

Never turn off the printer while the power light is flashing, unless the printer has not moved or made noise for more than 5 minutes.
6) When the power light stops flashing click PRINT NOZZLE CHECK PATTERN and then click NEXT.

Epson ELP-3300 powers up bulb light is green but...

Ah ok , so it doesn't start up at all.

Is there any power at all on the unit , like LED's lighting up ?

If there is then it would be your Ballast ( lamp's powersupply ) that need replacement.

If there isn't - then you should check on the Powersupply Board ( where your AC inlet sits in ) if the fuse is blown and if not , then you will have to replace the Powersupply Board.
