We have an Epson ELP 3000, just replaced light-bulb. When turned on, you a a clicking noise that continues, and all status lights continue to flash. If I remove the fuse, no power comes on. Insert fuse back in, same clicking and flashing results. I have not tried replacing with a new 250v, 6.3a fuse. Also, the fan does come on. Not sure where the clicking noise is coming from. And, not sure how to separate the case in the middle seam to get inside.
This unit was donated to our church,, just taking another look at.
Thanks in advance for all your help
Dave
1,Check the fans ,whether each fan is running, when you turn on the projector
2,if the fans run, then ,check the lamp or lamp ballast

if you know how to open the unit, try fixing its ventilation. flashing bulb light sometimes mean an occurance of overheating. try to clean all the fans and the air vent.

Hi, this is pretty straight forward. Make sure the projector is off and cooled. On the bottom is the Lamp cover, press the two tabs and lift the cover off. Loosen the two retaining screws and pull the lamp assy upwards to remove. Fit the new lamp and tighten the screws then rfit the lamp cover. You will need to reset the Lamp hours using the "About" menu after turning back on (Not the "reset all" menu).
