Upgraded to windows vista (by 3 users)

hi ...i just bought a new computer using the windows vista.....i can't get my software for my lexmark x1270 to install.....what can do to solve this????????

we have purchased a dell with vista, and i ran the install hardware that came with the printer. the system said the install was correct, but when i try to engage the print a message says a error in the script on this page and windows connot print
