Is the starter making the noise, or the engine ?
Do you have power going to the starter ? Can you turn the engine crank by hand ?

I would guess your starter is shot. That may be the clicking that you are hearing.

remove the AC relay to shut the AC off all the time. Not sure why it wont start but you may havea security lockout. Fully charge the battery to proceed.
