As far as i know you cannot do what you are asking, as you can't allow people to log on to your router via the internet, you have to have a web page hosted on a server from where your viewers can be directed, a router is only a gateway to the internet and not accessable as a web page as all you would se would be your router set up page, as this is not a defaul.html page or home.html it cannot host and direct.

To reset the Belkin back to the default settings -
Press and hold the pinhole RESET button at the back of the router and then power for at least 15 secs. Then release the RESET button.
Connect a LAN cable from Belkin to your laptop/computer's LAN port, open a browser on your laptop/computer and enter the Belkin's configuration URL. http://192.168.2.1
The default PW = blank (just press Enter) You can now change the default admin password.

Am being advised to reset router because of the Google Redirect Virus. How to?

not sure why it would affect your router if your getting a redirect virus. it has to do with your pc instead. do a full virus scan on your PC.
to reset your westell router just hold the reset button on the back for 30 seconds when you power it on.

My Belin router is not recognising my ISP

Take a note of the settings for your router, contact your ISP and give them the details or ask your ISP what settings you have to set your router too.

They will be able to help you from there.

I have a zyxel p600 series modem connected to a Belkin wireless router. I am trying to run a web server on port 80. The modem was using port 80 for access to the internal settings. I changed that to...

Your setup looks correct to me. It might very well be that your ISP is blocking port 80. Go here and check from your server if port 80 is accessible.

If you are the only one that wants to connect to you server, you can simply choose another port to use, i.e. www.myserver.com:801. Set port forwarding form port 80 to 801 in your router.
TCP&UDP - from 801 - to 80 - [serverIP] - [Webserver]

The better way is to use a service like DynDNS.com or No-IP.com. You can register a DNS name (like myserver.dyn.com), which redirects to your public IP. The trick is to update your IP address, so even if you have a dynamic IP assigned from your ISP, the redirect will point always to your server. Most routers have the ability to set up with DynDNS, so the process runs in the background and you don't have to update manually - check your router manual.

The second part of this beauty is the redirect to a different port. So even if your port 80 (and 25 for that matter) are blocked, you don't have to have an arbitrary number in your URL (http;//myserver.com:801). You can find more detailed information here.

For a quick check, change your webserver to run on port 801, enter the redirect in your router and see if you can get to your server from the outside (internet). If you still can't access the webserver, the problem is not a blocked port.

Hope this helps, but if you have any more questions, just come back here and leave a comment - I'm happy to help you figuring this out.

I want to connect my phone to the wi fi on my pc but it will not connect because I have a mac filter. Now I can't find the set up cd to the belin router which gives me the address to go to on the web to...

You dont need the disc for that.
you will need to open the set up interface of the router and there you can change the wireless settings of the router. all you need to do is , you can disable the wireless MAC filter or add the wireless MAC address of the phone.
Click Here for more info on how to open the set up page of the router and change the settings

Redirecting

Alright, here's a FixYa if I've ever done one. We use a couple of products. This one will tend to knock your socks off, if you only need a single antenna. www.open-mesh.com $50 gets you a wireless router that will do splash screen and redirect. For each element of $50 you can add units. They tend to be private, so if you're gaming via wireless, it's going to be difficult to share the network.

Give it a try.

During the setup i get an error 302

Redirection of URLs may occur for low-level URLs (specific URLs within your Web site such as www.isp.com/products/index.html) when you reorganise your web site, but is relatively uncommon for the top-level URLs (such as www.isp.com) which most CheckUpDown users ask us to check. So this error should be fairly infrequent.
The 302 response from your Web server should always include an alternative URL to which redirection should occur. If it does, CheckUpDown automatically tries the alternative URL. This in turn may possibly lead to another redirection which CheckUpDown then tries. This continues for a maximum of 5 redirections. As soon as 5 redirections have occurred, CheckUpDown gives up and reports the 302 error for your account. So you should only ever see the 302 error if 1) your Web server gives no alternative URL on the 302 response or 2) the number of redirections exceeds 5. This second condition should be fairly unlikely - and may indicate a recursive pattern e.g. URL A redirects to URL B which in turn redirects back to URL A.
You first need to check that the IP name we use to check for your account is accurate. If you or your ISP have configured something so that any access using this name should now be redirected to another name, then you need to update your CheckUpDown account to start using the new name.
If you believe that the IP name we use is exact (should not be redirected), please try accessing the current URL using a Web browser. Note carefully which URL actually gets displayed, because your browser may silently switch to a substitute URL if it receives an 302 message from your Web server. If you see any evidence of a new URL, try accessing that directly from your browser. If this works (you see your Web site as expected), then this new URL is what you may need to update on your CheckUpDwon account. If this is a temporary redirection, then you may also need to reinstate the original IP name at a later date when the redirection is no longer effective.
If none of the above help, we can analyse the underlying HTTP data streams we receive from your Web server. These can provide additional information about the new URL(s) which your Web server thinks we should be accessing. Before doing this, we prefer you to identify any deliberate changes on your side, liaising with your ISP if needs be.
302 errors should occur infrequently, because top-level URLs do not change often. If they do change, then this is typically because a redirection URL is being suggested. This pervasive change is unlikely to occur by accident, so most often we can resolve this error by updating our system records for your account following a deliberate change of URL on your part, whether this change is temporary or permanent.

Error code 302 thats that mean?

HTTP 302 is not an error. It's simply a request for your browser to redirect to another URI. Browers aren't supposed to show you a message, they are supposed to simply follow the redirect. You should try accessing the router interface from a different web browser, such as Firefox.

Can not connect to http//192.168.0.1

with how you descripbed you issue, there is a possibility that your computer's IP address and the router's IP address are in a different section.

first this you can do is use a HardWired computer (connected tot he router view wire) then access the 192.168.0.1, if it still cannot be accessed, go to your command prompt by click Start, Run, tyep CMD hit OK....on the black window type " ipconfig " press enter and the "default gateway is your router's IP address...

if you have other issues, please lemme know
