It will depend if it is Bluetooth or uses a small USB receiver. If it is Bluetooth you will have to sync it with your computer's wireless card if you have one.
If it has a USB receiver you will have to press the sync buttons on both the receiver and the keyboard at the same time. The sync button is usually on the back of the keyboard and the bottom of the reciever.
They're designed to work one at a time. I'm not sure if you could do this with tweaks, but you're going to have to root your phone for that (and you may void your warranty by doing that.)
Try to contact the vendor for genuine headphones, is your cell phone have bluetooth connection? if any just use bluetooth that have universal connector. so you could use any headphones you want.. hopefully it works..
