Hi, As replied to similar brand/model/problem - This is a common problem with MP3 players with almost a full memory. Apparently, the firmware gets messed up and eventually losses recognition of its purpose or some of the files it keeps. Sandisk has anticipated this problem and has posted online utilities just for this purpose. They are available at > Hope this be of some help/idea. Post back how things turns up or should you need additional information. Good luck and kind regards.

Sansa clip freezing on refreshing data!

An easy solution is just let it sit over night and it should go back to normal, but you may need to charge it though.

Song titles do not refresh when track changes

That doesn't sound good... it sounds like a malfunction if anything, your mp3 might be broken so check your warranty and see if you can get it fixed or trade for a new one.

Make this thing play the songs in the order they are on the CD

you can do one of two things. rename the songs with starting with 1, 2, 3, etc. Or make playlists and use them. The playlists play in the order the song is added to it.

Frozen on Refresh Database

Take out the four screws on the back and pop out the battery then put it back on. Make sure you synced the songs properly. Add to the problem how you added your songs and I might be able to help.
Good Luck

Putting songs onto it

You might not have a type of file that is supported by your mp3 player. I use online converters and change them all to wma because our players can play that and they are smaller than mp3s.
