Question about Samsung SGH-E360 Cellular Phone
Samsung SGH-E360 Cellular Phone MMS does not send or recieve though phone indicates it is. The phone was purchased in Australia and is being used in New Zealand. All other multimedia and internet functions are fine.

sir you don't have to reset that, ether you reset that you still cannot send or recieve picture message. to do that you have to use another phone that has a coniguration of GPRS and MMS for cingular, you have to manually configure it.

Your best bet would be to take it to a local mobile store to unfreeze it. You should've got it unlocked while in the US by calling AT&T and you could have done it for free. Sorry.

If the phone and its connection are working then please call up the helpline of the service provider (SUN) and request them to activate both GPRS and MMS on your number. And also request them for the settings of GPRS and MMS. MMS is very expensive to use and should be avoided. But if you are happy with it, fine.
