reinstall the OS using the original CD by booting from CD and hit the 'r' key the second time it appears on your screen

1.Pull out the paper tray
2.turn the machine upside down
3.push the blue lift arm and pull out the pin of the PF roller
4.then slide the PF roller to the left and pull it out
5.replace it with new one put the pin of the new roller into the hole of the blue lift arm.
6. place the machine on its base.
P.S you need reset pf roller counter after replacement
press "MENU - START - 088"
LCD shows "PARTS REPLACEMENT"
go down with arrow till "reset PF kit T1?" PRESS "SET" key
all done.

I had a similar problem with Brothers in arms earned in blood where they mixed up multiple CD key codes and one was provided from their website. They could have made a duplicate CD code, might want to check for support from the Game's website or even call them up.

activate the software over the phone, it is very straight forward

If the characters are showing up different than the ones you pushed then your wheel is probably bent. First, open the clear cover on your ml100. Second there is a black lever that you pull towards you. Next, you pull the wheel out and if any of the arms on it are bent than straighten them out, and make sure none of the arms are over lapping. Next, return the wheel, push the black lever back into place, close the clear cover and then hold down the code button and press the reset key (the "q" key). If that does not work then you need a new wheel. This is what just worked for me, I hope it helps.
