hi the screen on the portege m200 needs the wacom pen and tablet driver just go to wacon.com the specific driver you need is this on Driver 5.05-7 for Windows Vista (32 and 64 bit), XP

You may find that if you insert a blank CD instead of DVD you have more luck (the image you have created is a CD image not a DVD image). Another tip is that you should not copy the ISO image to CD but using Nero burn image to disk. Let me know if you need more help.
if u have WIN XP SP3 installed then no need to do anything to connect simply connect ur device it recognize it auto and u can sync ur device and copy files whatever u want
