"Ethernet cable unplugged"

A few things to try. Plug the cable into a different port on the router to rule out a bad port on router. Try a different ethernet cable (they do go bad). If this is an older router it may not be able to do logic swap on the pins and you would need to use a cross-over cable and not a straight through. Also check in device manager and make sure the computer is not allowed to disable the lan adapter in power saving mode. Also if your really want you can test your ethernet port by buying or making your own loopback plug. Look up ethernet stander T568A. You basically would buy a empty ethernet jack and run a short wire from pin 1 to pin 3 and a wire from pin 2 to pin 6. This will simulate sending data to another device (the other device will simply be the receiving pins on your own ethernet jack.

My mobile LG KE 970

Probably it is not charged. Or the battery is bad. So try charging it and if it doesn't work try using another battery.

I need to know where to plug in the 4-2 prong plugs for the power swich, reset swich, H.D.D led, and power led

We need to know what motherboard you have.
Each one is different, but if you look at the board with the back of the case to your left, the place to plug them in will be on the lower right hand side of the board. Many boards have the pin IDs printed on the board. Look there first.
I'm thinking you have a new motherboard. If you do, it came with instructions. If you got it from someone else, you can probably find instructions on the web--just google the motherboard manufacturer's name along with the number of the motherboard.
Note that when plugging in those plugs, the negative is always to the right. This will be the white wire on all plugs but the speaker and there it will be the black wire.
If this isn't really clear, just let me know.

Repeated boot.

ok... first check that all power cables from your supply are firmly in place and that the little red or green switch on the back of the computer that changes the Voltage setting is correct unless you have a UPS. secondly make sure no loose debry, cable, or cpu box it touching the motherboard and it is still secure in its mountings. then check that the power, reset and all LED plugs are correctly connected to your MB for connections look at your user book for details. now how far does the computer go in the POST ? if its possible i would also reset the BIOS by either removing the battery from the motherboard and starting it up then replacing it and downloading system BIOS chipset boot disk from: http://driverscollection.com/?V=Foxconn&S=4 good luck.
