You shouldn't need the drivers till after the OS is installed.....just go into BIOS and check to see what placement it is in.....or boot up the windows XP CD and select it as the drive to reformat and install XP on. In Bios you can select which drive you want to boot. i.e. IDE/SATA it should have a model number of the one you have selected to boot just make sure it matches the modle number of the drive and you good.
