I need to help for give me for driver to use with Umax scaner astra s-8 and umax scaner super astra s-12 to use pc(window xp) and Macintosh(g3). And i had Sici card alredy. Which I used for macintosh it not work in system 9.2. Please help me. I do not want to buy a new scaner [email protected] (Thailand)

drivers.soft5000.com/driver19190 before you install this software your computer has to have a new vision of mircosoft passport,net otherwise the dill ext won't register.
Make sure you have the drivers for xp. If your unsure you can google them and be able to pull them up. try that and that should take care of the issue.Thank you for using Fixya.com
dowload vistascan vs375u (11,674KB) and open it you will receive 6 disks+1 disk german and 1 disk english. open the disk 1 and double click VSSETUP you will see a lot of DOS commands and at the end you will have VISTASCAN in the Programs Files ( Start--All Programs--VistaScan--enter) .
If Scanner test works O.K.
if not
- go to MyComputer right click,
- click hardware,
-click device manager,
-right click the UMAX Astra
-click update driver
-click "install from a specific location" Next "Don't search I will chose the driver to install"-- Next -- choose USB scanner (Not UMAX Astra 3400) --Next--
- you will receive a warning " continue anyway" finish
- Reboot.
open VISTASCAN Test it will pass now
