How do I print the history on the Brother IntelliFax 2800?

Printing a Fax in Memory
If you have Fax Storage ON for remote retrieval, you can still print a fax from the
memory when you are at your FAX/MFC. (See Setting Fax Storage, page 9-2.)
1 Press Menu/Set, 2, 5, 4.
2 Press Fax Start.
3 After printing is finished, press Stop/Exit.

Replace the drum unit.

check toner... if toner is good then your laser unit is shot...

my suggestion would be to down the manual from brother.com

Hit the "Reports" button. Then hit the "4" button which is the transmition report. It will then print the verification of the transmition.

the unit that you install the toner cartridge into is actually the drum on this machine.

Make sure that the proper phone number is installed in the fax.Also that they are not sharing the same common line.

First and most important with Brother machines is , you need to use genuine brother supplies. Almost every time I service a brother and I find generic toner and drums cause the print quality issues. New supplies cost as much as a new machine. If not the supplies then it is laser or power supply.

Are you using genuine Brother supplies? Generic supplies are the main reason for print quality issues. Have you ever changed thr drum unit ? Expensive! You can buy a new machine and get a new drum and toner for a little bit more.
