Forgotten Password How do I reset/delete the password which protects the e-data? My young children when playing with my watch inadvertantly created a password. I dont wish to take the watch back to the store and have it initialised - is there some button sequence or can I simply remove the battery?

How do I clean or delete all movies that listed as "because you watch?"

Sounds like someone else with children is sharing your account. If you are watching the movies on Netflix, for example, they allow two connections for one account using the same password. The two connections don't have to be in one house--or even in one city or one state.
There are ways to reset your viewing history, but your kids or grandkids will lose the history as well.
Have you watched the Doc Martin series by the way?
Hillarious! Start from the beginning. It's a serial.

Aspen watch

this should work with your aspen watch let me know if it doesn't

For the alarm: If you want to use it (I think both it and the light use battery faster than when not used), you set it by pushing mode button twice, as indicated above, then go to hour or minute setting by pushing the lap/reset button, and advance to the time you want by pressing the start/stop button. Pushing mode will take you back to normal time again.

To turn alarm on or off, hold lap/reset button in and at the same time push the start/stop button. Alarm icon will show on or off. When you release the lap/reset button, it will revert to normal time.

If the alarm is on, at the designated time it will start beeping for awhile or until the lap/reset button is pushed (off) or start/stop button (snooze).

The buttons are held on from the inside by a tiny circlip, I'm guessing this has broken if it has come out completely. You will not be able to do it yourself.. Sorry

Watch indicated "low battery" Jeweler replaced the battery but the watch did not respond and remains blank. The watch goes through 2 to 3 batteries per year and light remains on too long and cannot be...

Try resetting it - it worked for me. First, orient your watch face down (with the watch belt buckle opposite you), the new battery in and latched. Second, on the right side battery hold-down latch you will see a small metal circle (~1 mm diameter) with a black dot in the center. Take a small paper clip and touch this metal pad to the metal battery hold-down latch for about 1 second. This will reset the watch.
Rotate the tiny donut that clips over the battery so it touches the brass spring that is next to the battery, replace the back plate. you can use a small tool to carefully lift the metal contact back up off the contact plate. Also make sure the back of the case is on tight as this also plays a role the electro mechanics of this watch.

Let us know if you want to know something else accept the suggestion.
Thanks for contacting

I think you just turned off the alarm. You need to press the MODE button until you are in the alarm mode. (AL or ALARM on screen), then I believe that you just need to click on the upper right hand button (strat/split or stop/reset) repeatedly until the alarm goes back on. Hope this helps.

Resetting sound

Could the jeweler have inadvertently damaged the beeper in the watch when he changed the battery? I'd tell hime the problem, ask him to restore the sound and see what he says ("oops" is a bad sign).
