Just to be clear, you tried SD cards, 2GB or smaller? The unit won't work with higher-capacity SDHC cards.

It is in Theft lock from the loss of power. Contact your local dealer for help getting it unlocked.

You can use either the front or the rear, it won't make any difference which one you use.

There should not be a constant voltage present on the output RCA's. They will only put out voltage when there is something playing and it will be a very small and constantly varying amount. If you plug it in and it is still not working you may need to adjust the menu settings on the head unit or the input sensitivity of the amplifier. For example if you plug the RCA's into the Rear outputs of the head unit and the Fader setting is all the way forward, you will not get any sound. Same goes for the amp settings, if you turn it on and the input sensitivity is set way down then you won't get any sound then either. Cheers, Dan

I am not familiar with this particular model but the majority of Clarion Radios require special flat Clarion Extractor Keys.
