Bearings on the right side upper rack slide
the lower bearings on the right hand side of the upper rack slide came out. I have all the parts but am hesitant to force bearing back into their slot. Is there a majic way to accomplish this task? will forcing the bearings back harm the slide unit? thank you in advance for your assistance.
