My steamvac is only spraying water. This started when I tried using the attachments. Now it doesn't have any suction and only sprays out water. Any ideas?
The attachment hose is likely coaxial - meaning that it is a vacuum hose with the water supply line running through it. It is likely that the vacuum (outer) hosing is damaged. The attachment will still spray, but will not vacuum. if you lay the handle section all the way down and look inside the unit, you will probably find the problem.

My Hoover Steamvac Model F7425-900 will not spray solution when I attach the hose to the side discharge. Can anyone help?
SPRAYS WATER TO CARPET. WHEN I TRY TO RECOVER SPRAYED WATER TO TANK RED STOPPER GOES TO TOP OF TANK. WHAT MIGHT BE THE CAUSE? CLEANED WHAT PARTS I COULD.
