Verifone 3730-trouble staying connected over Qwest TDM network

Using a verifone 3730 to connect over Qwest TDM network. Some times we'll have handshake, others not. Sometimes we'll be in the middlow of a download and lose connection. Dial into a TFN that is pointing to a dedicated ld voice trunk/ISDN over Qwest. Qwest has verified traffic is handled 100% TDM, never going over VoIP, they have removed echo cans on the trunk and set padding from 0 to -2. VeriFone modem is connecting to server at 14.4 baud. Still having trouble connecting and/or completing the connection/download. Anyone have any other suggestions?

Same problem...drops connection during download
This happened on 3 totally different lines.

In the verifone file groups you have to delete *ZT and *ZRESP fields add *ZB Value is 1000 and *ZINIT Value to AT%C1\N3\V2.Let me know if you need help.

Change battery in verifone 3730

Verifone 3730 vx 510

Hello all, I have a pos Verifone Vx510I configured the IP, DNS and Gateway, I did a ping, and it worked.
I selected Troubleshooting and verify all OK responses are received.
When I try use the machine show me the message "Connection Failed".
When I try download TCP show me the message :Connection to Host Failed

Reloading paper in the verifone 3730

place thermal paper roll
pull the end of paper roll over the printer
and
close the lid.
tear off excess paper

How do I reset the time on a VeriFone 3730 omni510? It did not change with the spring time change. Thanks for your help

Simultaneously press [F2] & [F4].Key in 1, Alpha, Alpha, 66831 and press [Enter].Key in the Year, the Month and the Day and then press [Enter]. Do not press [Enter] between these values, the terminal will automatically populate the appropriate fields as they are entered. Use the down arrow to scroll down to check/adjust the time.y in the hour, using military format (ex: 3 p.m. = 15), then key in the minutes and press [Enter] to complete and return to Menu 1. Do not press [Enter] between these values, the terminal will automatically populate the appropriate fields as they are entered.Select Restart [F4].I hope this help don't forget to rate this post : - )

My Omni 3730/3730LE VeriFone printer does not print on the paper

Ensure thermal paper is being fed from underneath the roll, as it will only print on one side of the paper. hope this help

Verifone 3730...How do i download an application from my computer to the terminal? I have the right cables.

You'd need to have the software from Verifone. The processors already have the software thats how they do it.

The Verifone 1000se uses a special serial cable that also has to provide power to the device. It does not use either ethernet nor usb.
