Problem for Toshiba e335 Pocket PC
Can't sync with Outlook 2000

A friend has a new computer with Vista (home) His Pocket PC 335 seems to have installed ok - and the version of Out Look 2000 that came on his installation disk installs but though it reports as having completed a sync it doesn't sync with outlook. He has a copy of Office 2003 we thought the problem might be that Outlook 2000 was too old for Vista so we uninstalled Outlook 2000 and tried using Outlook 2003 but that didn't solve his problem.
