I have completely emptied my messages & have done so on a regualr basis. I can dial out without any problems & can receive text messages but cannot text out. I have to take the battery out to get the phone to unfreeze. Any ideas? The phone has not been drooped or anything like that either

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Verizon razr v3m freeze

That is a software issue. You need to either contact motorola or verizon regarding that issue. This is a known problem with their phone and they never fully resolved the first batch of the Razor freezing issue.

Cell phone

I had a problem very similar to this with my Razr but my service was through Verizon. I took it into a Verizon store and they thought that a software upgrade would fix the problem. It didn't. Fortunately, the phone was still under warranty and they ended up replacing the phone.

Warranty on the Razr is one year.
