Characters are unchangeble in GTA games, same applies with this one, so u cant chnage characters.

Well there are MODS for the PC versions which let you play as different 'SKINS' for your character.... but there is no Character select as such. Not sure howmuch DLC is available for PSP.... if any.

When i install gta vice city , an error message pop up says not enough video memory available
It is because your display driver does not meet the requirement to play the GTA game. It requires high graphic quality. I suggest you to upgrade your graphics.
